ECB hires Proissl as communications chief from ESM - Reuters UK

The European Central Bank has hired European Stability Mechanism spokesperson Wolfgang Proissl as its head of communication, replacing Christine Graeff, who joined Credit Suisse earlier this year, the bank said on Wednesday.
