Barry strengthens to a hurricane as it heads toward the Louisiana coast
8:34am PDT - July 13th, 2019 barry storm - NBC NewsBarry, the storm slowly moving towards Louisiana, was upgraded Saturday morning to a category 1 Hurricane, weather officials said. It's expected to make landfall mid-day Saturday.
