The Florida State Attorney who oversaw an investigation into Clay County Sheriff Darryl Daniels has recused herself from the case and asked Gov. Ron DeSantis to assign another prosecutor.

"You've been warned," Clay County sheriff says.

In a video produced by Clay County Sheriff's Office, the sheriff said he will deputize "every lawful gun owner" in his county if protests turn violent.
